- 1 pound ground beef
- ⅓ cup milk
- one medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- one 8-ounce can gluten-free tomato sauce
- one 16-ounce can kidney beans
- Sauté beef and onion in a large skillet.
- Drain excess oil.
- Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans.
- Simmer 45 minutes to one hour.
- Serve hot.
